Acceptable Use

BallEngine is creative video software. It contains no gambling, no wagering, no stakes, no prizes and no chance-based rewards, and nothing in it can be bet on. The free playable demos exist to show the simulation engine and require no purchase. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading any media (audio, MIDI, images) that violates the following criteria:

• PiracyDistributing unauthorized copies or pirated software/media.
• AbusiveHate speech, harassment, threats, or explicit/vulgar content.
• IllegalAny content that promotes illegal acts or violates local laws.

Some modes let you put national flags, country names and other real-world symbols on balls and marbles. They are there for entertainment and to tell the balls apart, nothing more. Who wins a simulation is decided by physics and a random seed. It says nothing about any country, people, government, religion or culture, and BallEngine does not rank, endorse or take a position on any of them.

BallEngine is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any government, national team or sporting body. The flags in the software are our own simplified drawings and are not official emblems.

You must not use BallEngine, or any video made with it, to:

• Promote, glorify or incite hatred, violence, discrimination or hostility against any nation, people, ethnic group, religion or culture.
• Present a simulation as a depiction of, prediction of or comment on a real war, armed conflict, attack, act of terrorism or disaster.
• Mock or degrade a national flag or symbol, show it being destroyed, or insult the national honour of any country.
• Add titles, captions, voice-over, music or descriptions that use war, killing, death or destruction language about real countries or peoples.
• Spread propaganda, disinformation or election material, or target or harass any person or group.
• Use a national flag, emblem or country name as your own logo or trademark, or to suggest that a government or national body endorses you.

You alone are responsible for every title, caption, description, upload and publication you make with BallEngine, including videos posted through our publishing tools. Many countries protect their flag and national symbols by law. You must follow the laws of every country where you make, publish or show your videos. The indemnity in our Terms of Service covers any claim, fine or loss that arises from content you create or publish.

If we believe this section has been broken, we may remove or refuse to render content, turn off a mode or feature for an account, suspend or close accounts without refund, and cooperate with the platforms involved and with lawful requests from authorities. Report misuse to support@ballengine.app.

Our publishing tools post your own rendered videos to accounts you have connected yourself, through each platform's official API, under a per-day limit. They do not follow, like, comment, message, scrape, or generate engagement of any kind, and must not be used to attempt it. To protect the creator cloud environment, the following actions are also prohibited:

• Reverse engineering simulation logic or engine assets.
• Automated scraping of user projects or engine code.
• Uploading malware, logic bombs, or infected files.
• Circumventing resolution or storage limits.
• Reselling or sublicensing API access, or transferring render credits, without written permission.
• Exploiting engine glitches for unauthorized access.
• DDoS or any attempts to degrade cloud rendering performance.

Account sharing is not permitted on a single-user licence, and creating additional accounts to work around free-tier limits will result in permanent suspension of every account involved. We do not fingerprint your device to enforce this.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these policies without notice or refund.
