What's the difference between the Free, Pro, and Elite plans?
Free (Starter Studio) is for getting started: connect YouTube, publish 2 videos a week, 1080p exports with a watermark, 5 exports a month, and 100 MB storage. Pro Creator ($19/mo) removes the watermark, unlocks publishing to every major platform, 100 exports a month, the premium sound library, a commercial license, and 1 GB storage. Studio Elite ($99/mo) adds 4K rendering, unlimited exports, a custom branded watermark, up to 3 separate brand accounts, the full preset library (all 1,200+ ball effects, every layout and formation, and all 310 sound presets), and 10 GB storage. How much does each plan cost?
Pro Creator is $19/month, or $99/year (about $8.25/month). Studio Elite is $99/month, or $999/year (about $83.25/month). The Free plan is free forever. Annual billing is the cheaper way to pay for either paid plan, a year of Pro costs about the same as five months of monthly.
How can I try BallEngine before paying?
Use the Free plan: it is free forever, needs no card, and never expires. You get the studio, the simulation modes, publishing to YouTube, and 5 exports a month at 1080p with a small watermark. That is a real working account, not a countdown. When you want the watermark gone, every platform unlocked and 100 exports a month, Pro Creator is $19/month and you can cancel in one click.
Do I own commercial rights to the videos I make?
Yes. Videos you export on a paid plan (Pro or Elite) come with a commercial license, you own them and can monetize them on YouTube, TikTok, Reels, or anywhere else. Free exports are intended for personal use and testing.
How many videos can I export?
The Free plan includes 5 exports per month, Pro Creator includes 100 per month, and Studio Elite is unlimited.
What payment methods can I use, and is billing secure?
Billing is handled securely by our payment provider, you never enter card details on our own servers, and we never see or store your full card number. You can pay with major credit and debit cards plus the wallet options shown at checkout, and every transaction is encrypted.
Can I cancel anytime, and what's your refund policy?
Yes: cancel in one click from your Account Settings and you'll keep paid features until the end of your current billing period. Because the product is digital and renders on our servers, we don't offer refunds mid-cycle: the Free plan is there so you can evaluate everything before you pay. If you're ever charged in error, email support@ballengine.app within 30 days and we'll fix it.
What happens if I cancel or downgrade mid-cycle?
You keep your current plan's features until the billing period ends, then your account reverts to Free. Any projects that exceed the Free limits stay safely stored, you just won't be able to create new ones past the limit until you upgrade or free up space.
Are there any hidden fees or contracts?
No. Plans are a straightforward monthly or yearly subscription, no contracts, no setup fees, and you can cancel anytime. Every limit is listed right on the plans page, so you always know exactly what you're paying for.
