What are the differences between the Free, Pro, and Elite plans?
The Free Plan lets you test the core engine with basic physics, a limit of 5 concurrent balls, and 10 local saves in browser storage. The Pro Plan unlocks up to 50 concurrent balls, custom sound/MIDI uploads, unlimited local saves, and standard vertical exports. The Elite Plan is designed for professional creators, offering 100+ concurrent balls, custom shapes, AI-powered song-to-MIDI conversion, priority cloud rendering in 4K/60fps, automatic cloud backup/syncing, and full commercial usage rights.
Can I cancel my subscription, and what is your refund policy?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with a single click inside your Account Settings. You will maintain complete access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be made. Because of the digital nature of our Creator Studio and immediate server rendering costs, we do not offer standard refunds once a billing cycle starts. However, we offer a 14-day trial period for users to test all premium features before subscribing. If you experience a verified billing error, duplicate charge, or system glitch, contact support@funcirclegames.com within 30 days and we will issue an immediate refund for the verified error amount.
What payment options do you support, and how secure is the billing?
We process all subscription billing and checkouts securely through Paddle and PayPal, which are leading global merchants of record. We support all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are fully encrypted, PCI-compliant, and processed on secure servers. We never store or see your raw credit card information.
Do I get full commercial rights to my exported videos?
Yes! All video exports rendered on any of our paid plans (Pro or Elite) come with a lifetime commercial license. You retain 100% ownership of the visual outputs, audio chime alignments, and MIDI sync animations you produce. This allows you to monetize your videos on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform without copyright strikes, royalty obligations, or content restrictions. Free tier exports are restricted to personal or educational use with attribution.
Are there any hidden fees, contract lock-ins, or limits on active simulations?
No, there are no hidden fees or contracts. Billed plans run on a transparent monthly or yearly cycle that you can cancel instantly at any time. Limits on active concurrent balls (5 for Free, 50 for Pro, 100+ for Elite) and saved presets are documented directly on our pricing table, so you only pay for the capacity and professional exporting features you need.
What happens if I cancel or downgrade my plan mid-month?
If you cancel or downgrade, you will retain full access to all your plan's premium features until the end of the current billing cycle. When the cycle expires, your account reverts to the Free tier. Any saved presets exceeding the Free plan limit (10 saves) will be securely archived so you do not lose them, but you will not be able to edit or create new presets until you upgrade or clear space to get below the 10-save threshold.
