What Autopilot Is For
Autopilot turns publishing into a standing schedule. Instead of posting each clip by hand, you set the times you want to post, choose the platforms, and add a pool of videos. Autopilot then releases one video from the pool at each scheduled time, so your channels keep posting on a rhythm without you touching them. It lives at the top of the Scheduled Posts page.
- •Autopilot pairs with batch production. Make several clips in one session, drop them in the pool, and let the schedule drip them out.
Turning It On
Autopilot is an opt-in feature rather than something every plan includes automatically. If it is enabled for your account, the Autopilot panel appears at the top of the Scheduled Posts page with an on and off switch. If you do not see the panel at all, Autopilot is not enabled for your account yet, and you can contact support at support@ballengine.app to ask for it.
- •A missing panel means the feature is not enabled for your account, which is different from it simply being switched off.
Setting the Schedule
In the panel you choose which connected platforms to post to, set your posting times for weekdays and weekends separately, up to two times a day each, confirm your timezone, and pick a default privacy. A platform only counts if it is both selected and still connected. When a platform needs extra choices, such as a Pinterest board or TikTok privacy, they appear once you select it. Press Save schedule to store it, then switch Autopilot on.

The Video Pool
Autopilot posts from a pool you stock in advance. Add a video with a title, which is required, and an optional caption, and it joins the pool. The pool drains oldest first: at each scheduled time the oldest waiting video publishes and is then removed. You can reorder the pool with the up and down arrows to change what posts next, and each video shows its status as it moves through in pool, publishing, published or failed.
- •Keep the pool stocked ahead of your schedule. When it runs dry, Autopilot has nothing to post until you add more.
One Autopilot per Brand
On Studio Elite, each brand runs its own independent Autopilot, with its own platforms, schedule and pool. Switch brands with the brand control at the top of the panel and you are configuring that brand in isolation. This is how you keep several channels posting on separate rhythms from one login.
- •Set each brand up separately. There is no shared schedule across brands, which is the point of keeping them independent.
