Posting Consistently at Scale

Short-form platforms reward accounts that post regularly. A steady rhythm gives the app more chances to find your audience. A good clip every day beats a perfect clip every two weeks. Aim for a process you can keep up, not one lucky hit.

Make several clips in one sitting. Build a strong setup, save it, then change one thing at a time: a different song, a different colour scheme, a different mode. Record each variation. An hour of batching can fill a week, and the Seed Generator helps each clip end at a clean length.

A vertical clip that works on TikTok usually works on Reels and Shorts too. The publishing form sends one video to every connected platform you select in one go, from the Studio Publish tab or from Automation. One recording becomes a post on every network you use.

Every platform a video goes to uses one post from your monthly automation budget. So the more platforms you post each video to, the fewer videos a month you can send. This table shows roughly what each plan supports if you post every day.

Glance at the Queue tab in Automation once a week. It shows every post, what was published and anything that failed. If posts to one platform start failing, that account usually needs reconnecting, which takes a few seconds and resumes your schedule.
