Upgrading & Checkout

You can start a plan from the Plans page (/plans), from Plans on the Studio rail (Pricing & plans in the phone Menu), or from any lock on a locked feature, which opens the plans window on the plan that feature needs. They all lead to the same secure checkout. Automation plans are sold on /automation/plan.

Every paid plan can be billed monthly or yearly. Yearly is charged once for the whole year and costs less: Creator is $240 a year instead of $348 (31% less), Pro is $348 a year instead of $588 (40% less), Elite is $540 a year instead of $1,188 (54% less), Agency is $948 a year instead of $2,388 (60% less).

Both renew automatically until you cancel. Monthly allowances (exports, cloud render credits, posts) refill every month on both.

There is no time-limited trial. Starter Studio is free permanently and needs no card, so you can build in the Studio, use every finished mode and export 5 watermarked videos a month for as long as you like. Billing starts at checkout.

Checkout is handled by a secure payment partner that acts as the merchant of record: it sells you the plan, invoices you, handles sales tax or VAT, and its name is the one on your statement and receipt. You never type card details into BallEngine, and we never see or store your card number.

You can pay with major cards and, depending on your country, wallets and local payment methods; the checkout page shows exactly which. Prices are in US dollars and include tax. If you pay in another currency, your bank converts the amount.

When the checkout page sends you back, a confirmation screen checks your payment before anything unlocks. Usually it says "Confirming your payment" for a few seconds and then "You are on [plan]". If a feature still looks locked after a confirmed payment, refresh the Studio and check you are signed in to the account you paid with. Billing Problems explains every other result.
