Managing Multiple Brands
On Studio Elite, run up to three separate brands, each with its own connected accounts, schedule and video pool.

What Brands Are For
A brand is a self-contained posting identity. Studio Elite lets you run up to three of them under one login, which is built for creators or teams who manage several channels and do not want their connections and schedules mixed together. Each brand keeps its own connected social accounts, its own scheduled posts, and its own Autopilot pool.
Who Sees the Brand Switcher
The brand switcher only appears when your plan allows more than one brand, so it shows on Studio Elite and stays hidden on Free and Pro, which have a single brand. On Elite you will see a "Posting as [brand]" control with a small count showing how many brands you are using out of your allowance, plus a way to add a brand.
On Free and Pro there is nothing to switch, you have one brand, so the switcher is simply not shown. It is an Elite feature.
Switching Brands
Use the "Posting as [brand]" dropdown in the Publish tab (and on the Autopilot panel) to switch the active brand. When you switch, the Studio re-checks that brand's connections and shows you its accounts, so the platform cards reflect the brand you are posting as. Connecting, publishing and scheduling all apply to whichever brand is active.
- 1Open the Publish tab (or the Autopilot panel).
- 2Open the "Posting as" dropdown at the top.
- 3Choose the brand you want to act as.
- 4The connections and forms now reflect that brand.
Separate Connections per Brand
Because each brand holds its own connections, you can connect a different YouTube channel, a different TikTok account and so on for each brand at the same time, no disconnecting and reconnecting to swap. Adding a brand gives you a fresh, empty set of connections to fill in. This is the clean way to keep two or three channels running side by side.
