The Studio Publish Tab, Control by Control

Every control in the Studio Publish tab and the shared publishing form, with what it does and its default.

What You See, Top to Bottom

Open Publish on the Studio rail (on a phone, the Publish tab in the settings sheet). It is laid out in the order you make decisions: which brand, which video, then the post itself.

At the top is the "Posting as" brand switcher, always shown so you know which brand the video goes out as. Under it, a yellow banner appears only if one of your connected accounts needs reconnecting. Then comes a "Publish this render" strip with a link to Automation ("Connect your accounts" if nothing is connected yet, otherwise "Open Automation").

  • If the list says "Render a clip in Studio and it will appear here automatically.", you have not recorded anything in this session yet. Record in the Video tab first, or switch to Local file.

The Publishing Form

The same form appears in the Studio Publish tab and in the Automation Publish tab. Platform-specific fields only appear while that platform is selected.

After You Press Publish

You see one of two confirmations: "Publishing to [platforms] now" or "Scheduled to [platforms] for [date and time]". If one of the platforms you selected needs reconnecting, the post still goes to the healthy ones and the message adds "Skipped [platform], reconnect it in Automation." Nothing is ever skipped silently.

The Social & Autopilot Side Panel

The Studio has a "Social & autopilot" side panel (shown by default on a computer) for quick actions without opening the Publish tab. It shows your connected accounts ("Your accounts"), lets you type a video title, and has three actions: "Publish" and "Schedule" jump to the Publish tab with your title already filled in, and "Add to Autopilot pool" sends the selected render straight into your Autopilot pool. "Manage in Automation" opens the workspace.
