How many posts each plan allows, how the allowance resets, and which platforms each plan can publish to.
How Much You Can Post
Publishing volume depends on your plan. The free Starter Studio can connect YouTube and publish a small number of videos per week. Pro Creator and Studio Elite raise the allowance to a per-day, per-platform limit and unlock every platform. The table below is the quick version; your current plan and usage are always visible on your account.

How the Allowance Resets
On the free plan the allowance is a rolling weekly count shared across your posting. On the paid plans it is a daily count that resets each day, applied per platform, so posting to YouTube does not use up your TikTok allowance. On Studio Elite the daily allowance applies to each brand independently, since brands are separate identities. If you hit a limit, the post is held rather than lost, and you can post it once the allowance refreshes.
Which Platforms Each Plan Can Use
YouTube is available on every plan, including free. Publishing to the other platforms, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, Pinterest and Snapchat, is a paid feature, available on Pro Creator and Studio Elite. If a platform card shows an upgrade prompt instead of a connect button, that platform is not included on your current plan. See Plans & Upgrades for the full comparison.
If you only post to YouTube, the free plan can do that. The paid plans are what unlock the rest of the platforms and the higher daily volume.
